CrossFit Spotsy began in the Quinn’s 2 car garage which they quickly outgrew and moved into their current location. CrossFit Spotsy is dedicated to providing a safe, clean, professional training environment for athletes of all ages.
CrossFit Spotsy is committed to taking an active role in providing education, training for military/ LEO/1st responders as well as the everyday citizens of Spotsylvania & surrounding areas.
