
What to Expect
Increasing Human Performance regardless of age, fitness level, or abilities ~ CrossFit Spotsy
CrossFit Spotsy trainers all hold CrossFit Level I ANSI certificates with first aid and CPR certificates. Each trainer has completed a 3 month internship under Lisa Quinn to provide consistent, effective, and motivating coaching to our athletes. CrossFit Spotsy trainers pride themselves on their professionalism and attention to the athlete’s needs and requirements. They get the highest performance from athletes while making sure proper form and technique are adhered to.
All athletes at Crossfit Spotsy are required to complete a Fundamental sessions to learn proper form for each movement and maintain consistent form through repetition. Once proficient in form, athletes are encouraged to increase intensity by adding speed and load (faster/heavier).
