Warm up:5 stretches, death stretch, inchworm, stripper stretch, full body dynamic movement
WOD: 4x50m warm up run w/ 20 sec rest, at moderate effort, focus on efficient stride and form
Run 8×200 rest as long as needed

stayed at home an did the WOD today , have to say running is not my strong suit haha but got through it and it just feels good to be back.

I am so grateful for being part of CrossfitSpotsy – the leadership from the coaches, the encouragement and support of fellow athletes the atmosphere for the kids, the amazing parents and awesome kids and teens! This was a WOD I loved to hate..thanks for the pushing Coach Lindsey!
